hello faithful readers of the annually-updated Irvin New Year Resolutions blog (:

as usual, i'll start with a review of 2006 Resolutions!
1)incomplete, now void :P
2)complete
3)incomplete (most prob)
4)complete
5)complete
6)complete
7)complete

pretty happy with the year, very thankful to God for the way it has worked out (: even if my results aren't good, my life certainly has become much more fulfilling and more focused (:

now, for 2007 Resolutions
1)spiritual - memorise sufficient passages of the Bible to share 1 on 1, specifically wanna memorise Matthew 5, 6, 7
2)spiritual - attend all possible youth activities
3)spiritual - facilitate spiritual growth of youths at PP
4)spiritual - be more aware of, accountable and responsible for my position as youth leader
5)family - bless others spiritually as a Wan family
6)personality - develop real facilitating skills and ability to engage others in discussion
7)singing - get a proper falsetto (pls)
8)singing - become more stable, consistent, disciplined as a singer

right that should be all. will add if i forget anything! (:

Psalm 1
1 Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers.
2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night.
3 He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.
4 Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away.
5 Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.
6 For the LORD watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish.
